Revamped website launch FAQ



If you've been to our site recently you might have noticed that things look a bit different! We are so happy to launch our revamped site and to share with all our customers. So we thought we would make a quick little post with some important information for new & returning customers. Hope this information helps, if you have any additional questions please feel free to contact us!

Q: Are you guys still selling all the same products?

A: Yes, with very few exceptions. We took down some of the gift boxes because we are moving them to be more seasonal.

Q: I'm a returning customer, do I have to make a new account?

A: No. You should be able to use your old username & password to log in. (If you encounter problems, please contact us and we will help you the best we can.)

Q: Are your shipping prices remaining the same? 

A: Unforentually no, as of January 1, 2018, we adjusted our shipping prices to reflect what we are being charged from FedEx & USPS (From the old site to the new one the shipping prices would look the same, but if you haven't visited our site in awhile you might notice the difference). We do not make any money on our shipping and pass whatever savings we do get on to our customers, we feel this is the most honest and fair option.

Q: I found a bug with the site, what should I do?

A: Please contact us about it! We have been working on this for months and feel like we have still overlooked things, the more pairs of eyes the better! If you have already reported a bug to us, we would really like to say a great big THANK YOU. You've no idea how much it's been helping us!

Q: Some of the product images look a bit...well...wonky...

A: Yes, we're aware. We are in the process of creating brand new images to reflect current packaging & hope to have those images up by the second week of March 2018.

Q: Are you having any kind of launch celebration?

Website Down for CoreCommerce Users 1/26/17




We got to wake up to find out our website is down this morning. You can still place orders, but we can't login to fill them. So there will be a delay in filling and shipping orders out. We aren't sure at this time how long the site will be down for us. We did call CoreCommerce and they are unsure as well (super encouraging...). We will keep you all posted for when we are able to start filling orders again. We apologize for any inconvenience, and thanks for your patients during this time. 

You can still call us to place an order. Today we are in the office from 10 am to 4 pm PST. If we don't answer please leave a message with your name, phone number, & short message and we will get back to you ASAP. You can reach us at 541-752-0460.

In the past we have had a difficult time with the customer service CoreCommerce provides to us, and as a result we have things in the work to move to a new e-commerce site, we aren't quite ready to roll things out but as soon as we are, we see all of these types of problems dissolving. Which will result in a consistent, user friendly website for both us and our customers.  


*We will be updating this post as we learn more, or the issue is resolved.* 

1/27/17 Update:

The problem has been resolved, and we are catching up on packing and shipping out orders today. We still don't know the cause of the problem, but we do know that 85% of CoreCommerce's users were effected by this. We're glad that it was resolved in a timely manner.

October Updates


The days are getting shorter and colder and that means fall is in full force. We have been keeping busy around the farm and getting all our crops ready for winter. We are also enjoying watching our blueberry fields turn from their lush green color to autumn’s deep red. 

With all of our berries being now out of season we have frozen available in blueberries, strawberries, and blackberries. Unfortunately however, the raspberries sold like hot cakes and we are out of them till next season. 

For this upcoming holiday season we have added new gift boxes to our website that make for the perfect healthy holiday gift, these are also a perfect treat for your. We are currently sold out of our blueberry speed, but never fear, we will have it back in stock in mid-November.

In honor of Halloween we have paired a 4oz bag of dried blueberries with our delicious 3oz bag of chocolate blueberry clusters for $11 (plus shipping). This is also the time of the year when we are able to ship our frozen berries at a better rate by ground. This is not offered through our site, so if you try ordering through it you will end up paying normal prices. Happy New Year!


Happy New Years Everyone! 

2013 was a great year and we had a lot of fun during it, but its time to move on to a brand new year and see what it hold for us! 

We would like to also announce that we will be changing our website to make it more user friendly and updating parts of the site. So if you are having troubles with it we kindly ask for your patients. You can call us with any questions or concerns. We have just started the process, and aren't quite sure when the changes will start taking effect. For the latest check out our Facebook page.
